Having lived in house shares ourselves, we at Ideal Location Property understand that not everyone thinks the same way or can live together in harmony. This is why we provide our tenants with a hassle free move option. If you fancy a change after say two months or twenty months we will be happy to offer you any of our other properties before they are advertised. We wouldn’t want our tenants to be anything but happy in the house that they live. A happy tenant equals a tenant that will stay with us until their situation changes and it is time for the next chapter in their life. Therefore it is in our interest to ensure that you are as happy as possible.
When the time comes that you wish to move on, we are the only lettings company in Chelmsford that carry out a ‘free’ pre check out, giving our tenants the opportunity to rectify anything that they may have broken or misplaced, before they are charged.
Our rooms include all utility bills such as gas, electric, water, sewerage, council tax, high speed fibre optic broadband, Sky TV (in some properties) and buildings insurance. Therefore every tenant has peace of mind that they can pay their rent and let us worry about the rest.
All of our house shares are decorated, furnished and maintained to feel like homes rather than rentals. We design each property to suit the needs of working professionals. We understand that some tenants are tidier than others and so we also provide a weekly cleaner and carry out regular maintenance checks to ensure that every house remains at a standard that we would expect in our own homes.
