After finishing university 2001 I decided to move down to Chelmsford to pursue a career in London, this is where I experienced my first house share. Moving in with four strangers was daunting at first, but within days I felt at home and enjoyed spending time with my new housemates. The only problem was that our house share was pretty run down and badly managed. So one day I decided to take the plunge and find a more ideal house for myself and my housemates. Within a few months I found a perfect house, we packed our bags and off we went. We spent many happy years there and still keep in touch today. Over the following years I worked hard and bought one house share after another with word spreading quickly that my house shares were different to the rest and made to feel more like homes than rentals. Today I am proud to own and run some of the best house shares in Essex.
